Court overturns UIC union success

An appellate court has ruled that UIC faculty cannot form a bargaining unit that includes both tenure/tenure track faculty and contingent/adjunct faculty.   1. The headline is a bit misleading. Our colleagues at UIC will still have a union, it will just have to negotiate two separate contracts.
