MEGAN McLAUGHLIN

I worry that the world-class university at which I have been proud to work for thirty years is beginning to deteriorate. Its core missions have been increasingly undermined, not only by legislative underfunding, but also by the ill-considered actions of administrators and trustees who are too far removed from the real life of this campus to realize what they are doing. Our faculty need a more powerful voice in decisions concerning the future of this university, and a union can help provide that voice.
